Easy to schedule and showed up on time. The scheduler and technician were both very nice and polite. He installed two shower heads and assessed my water softener. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.
Great service - Cody arrived on-time and called ahead to confirm his scheduled arrival. Was very efficient and helpful - I had a leak to fix, which he diagnosed and repaired promptly; then I had several valves to replace, which he did efficiently and quickly. Company works by the hour and openly provided hourly rates on the phone. Final bill was as expected.
I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. They have excellent customer service and are true professionals.
